By purchasing Lissette's Papier & Co., you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment and Pricing
   We accept payment via e-transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice, and may vary depending on the product, quantity, and customization options selected.
   
2. Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
   Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of orders.  If there is a mistake made on our part, we stand behind the quality of our product. We will reprint the paper goods or provide a credit as deemed reasonable by us.  Should you have to postpone your wedding for any reason, we can try to accommodate the change for orders that have not been approved for printing.
   
3. Shipping and Delivery
   Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
   
4. Customizations
   We offer a variety of customization options for our products, including color, illustration, and accessory choices. All customization requests must be made at the time of purchase, and we reserve the right to refuse any requests that we deem inappropriate or offensive.
   
5. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of our company and is protected by copyright law. You may not use our content for any purpose without our express written permission.
   
6. Availability
   We cannot guarantee that the material selections within your order will be available from our suppliers. If your selections are unavailable we will notify you and present you with alternatives to choose from.
   
7. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario.  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including any disputes relating to the sale of our products, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
