An invitation suite can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks from the day you place your order. Timing fluctuates depending on the size of the order, how many revisions are needed, and mailing of your final proof. Invitations are typically sent out 8-12 weeks before the wedding. We would recommend placing your order at least 6 months in advance of your wedding day.
Our semi-custom collection includes 4 different suites to choose from to complement your style. However, pricing will vary depending on the customization of your order such as the addition or omission of an envelope liner, RSVP cards, details card, wax seal etc… In that way, every invitation becomes unique.
Upon our first meeting, we will guide you through all the options and follow up with a quote within a 5-10 business days.
At this time, we unfortunately do not provide letterpress or foil printing. All invitations are digitally printed.
Our semi-custom collection provides 4 different designs and font templates to choose from. Fonts must stay as is. However, if you have a fairly simple request such as changing the font of one suite to match that of a different suite, we can typically accommodate.
Customization will come from your selection of envelope colour, ink colour, wax seal, ribbon and more.

Wedding invitations is our passion and main focus. However, we have worked with friends and family to provide custom birthday invitations in the past. A sample is provided in the portfolio tab, showcasing a superhero themed birthday party invitation. Feel free to contact us - we will accept requests pending availability.
Absolutely! We can go about it a few different ways. For our first meeting, we offer either a virtual meeting or a coffee shop meet-in-greet. The in person meet-in-greet provides a more curated experience and allows you the opportunity to see and feel the different samples making the selection process all that much better. We typically offer coffee meet-in-greets in the Niagara-Hamilton-Toronto Area.
Can’t meet at a coffee shop? No problem. We understand the wedding planning process can become very stressful and you may not have the time to meet. During the virtual meeting, we will guide you through all the different options to select from. If you decide to order from us, at the time of mailing your final proof, we will include two different envelope colour options, paper options, and ribbon options to choose from.
The coffee meet-in-greet, virtual meeting and final proofs are at no additional cost. We enjoy what we do and want to make your wedding planning experience special.
After your first digital proof is sent by e-mail, you are allowed 2 free rounds of revisions. Any additional rounds of revisions after this are an extra $25/round.
Upon approving your final digital proof, we will mail you a final hard copy. Any additional rounds of revisions after the hard copy is mailed, are an extra $50/round.
Once your deposit is received, we will send you an address template document to start filling out.
A 50% deposit is required before work can begin. Deposits are non-refundable as it covers the cost of printing and supplies as well as the time it takes to design your invitations. If there is a change in event details after printing has occurred, we will happily reprint them at an additional cost.
The remaining balance will be due at the time of pick up or delivery.

-1- Let’s Chat
Through a virtual meeting or meeting at your local coffee shop, we want to hear about your big day and what you envision. We will guide you through all the options and help you select a suite.
-2- Place Your Order
Following our chat, we will provide you a quote within 5-10 business days. Should you decide to work with us, a 50% deposit is required to secure our service.
-3- Design and Proofing
Once your order is placed, we will begin designing. You will receive a digital proof and are allowed up to 2 revisions after the initial proof is sent. Once you are happy with the digital proof, a hard copy proof will be mailed to you. This provides you a chance to experience your wedding invitation the way your guests will. A final approval form will be sent to you following receipt of the hard copy proof.
-4- Print and Production
Once you have signed the final approval form, the invitations will be sent for printing and no further changes can be made. The invitations will be delivered to you by mail or drop-off, depending on your location.
You can choose to have the invitations pre-assembled or de-constructed for assembly at home.
